How do I set up a second number?

  • Second Phone Number is available for phones on iOS and Android.
    Simply install the app from the App Store or Google Play.

  • You do not need to purchase an additional physical SIM card – the app provides you with a virtual number. All calls and messages go through the internet (mobile data or Wi-Fi), so having a stable network connection is important.

  • You can immediately begin using your second number on your existing phone without changing your main provider or inserting extra SIM cards.

The setup process depends on how you created your account:

If you downloaded the app directly from the App Store or Google Play:

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Open the app.

  3. Choose a number for calls and messages.

  4. Activate your weekly subscription within the app.

If you activated your subscription through the website:

  1. Choose a number for calls and messages

  2. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

  3. Select the email login option.

  4. Enter the email address you used when activating your subscription online.

  5. Congratulations! You're logged in and can start using your number.
